Tomatoes stuffed with pulled chicken

Ingredients:

  • Pulled chicken
  • Old-fashioned mustard sauce
  • Caramelized goat cheese

It is not necessary to defrost beforehand; pierce the top of the container at different points and heat directly in the microwave for about 5 minutes at 800W.

Meanwhile, prepare the tomatoes by cutting the tops off and carefully scooping them out with a teaspoon so you can fill them later. Place them in the oven for about 10 minutes at 180°C.

Mix the tomato pulp with our pulled chicken.

To prepare the dish, add a base of mustard sauce, add the tomato, and top with a slice of goat cheese approximately 1 cm thick.

Place it in the oven to grill for about 2-3 minutes at 200°C.
