Preparation
Pulled beef tail: Without the need to defrost previously, pierce the upper part of the container at different points. Microwave at maximum power (800 W) for 5.
Caramelized onion: let it thaw in the fridge and heat it until the center is very hot
Prepare the mayonnaise with a little piquillo pepper sauce, mix it well, and set it aside.
Prepare the gouda cheese cream, put the milk and cream in a saucepan over medium heat and mix the two ingredients, when it starts to get hot and without stopping stirring add thin slices of gouda cheese, add salt, and a little pepper. We can add a little bit of brandy. We remove it until it’is homogeneous.
We open the bread, spread it with the mayonnaise, then add a layer of onion and our delicious pulled beef tail, a bit of mini mézclum, and cover it with the gouda cheese cream and bread.
To decorate we will place a few grains of pomegranate around it and cover it with a skewer of pickles
