Traditional Stewed Beef Tail Roll cooked at a low temperature to make sure it’s very tender, deboned, and pressed into a roll. This shape allows us to cut whatever sized portions we want.
Defrost previously, divide to taste and regenerate in the OVEN (for 10 min at 200ºC) or on the GRILL OR NON-STICK PAN, preferably laminated and brushed with oil, until golden on both sides.
