Description
A string of potato wrapped around chopped up Chistorra sausage. It has a crunchy outside and juicy inside with a rich Chistorra flavor. The combination of flavors can be appreciated in every bite.
FRYER PAN
Without thawing, fry in plenty of oil at 170ºC/340ºF until golden brown. Add salt once fried.
