FRYER: Fry directly from frozen, for 3-4 minutes with plenty of clean, very hot oil at 180 ºC. Keep in mind that if many units are fried with little oil, the oil will cool and the result will not be optimal. Also, between frying and frying, it must be allowed to recover to 180ºC to fry correctly again. It is advisable to let it rest for 2 minutes before consuming. STEAM OVEN: preheat the oven to 100ºC and cook in steam mode for 7 minutes.
