Preparation:
We present a very simple dish to make, but in an unusual format. It is a different and fun way to prepare the traditional meatballs.
Without defrosting beforehand, pierce the top of the meatball package at different points. Microwave at maximum power (800 W) for 6-7 min. Heat until the center reaches 74ºC.
Once the meatballs are ready, place three units on a skewer to make the cover. We decorate it with a little basil oil that will provide the perfect contrast and to finish our dish we place some flowers that will bring a touch of color.
