Cod brandade with piquillo pepper cream

Ingredients:
– Brandade of cod
– Piquillo peppers
Preparation:
Without the need to defrost previously, pierce the top of the container at different points. Microwave at full power (800 W) for 5-6 min. Until the base is very hot.
Drain the canned piquillo peppers and grind them until obtaining a very fine cream.
Prepare the dish with the piquillo pepper cream as a base and place the cod brandade on top. To decorate we will use crispy cod crust.
