Chilli stuffed potato with meat
Ingredients:

- Chili con carne
- Poteto
- Cheese for melt
- Aioli sauce
Wash the potatoes well, without peeling them, rubbing them well to remove all traces of soil. Cut them lengthways.
Place them on the baking tray, skin side up, so that the spiced side is soaked in the oil.
Place in the oven on the middle rack at 180º C with heat up and down (with air if you have an oven with air). Bake for 25-35 minutes. To check if they are ready, prick them with a toothpick.
Chilli sauce with meat, it is not necessary to defrost previously, it is necessary to pierce the upper part of the container at different points and heat it in the microwave for about 7 minutes at 800W.
Empty the potatoes, mix the pulp with the chili con carne and fill the potatoes again. Sprinkle them with melting cheese and put them in the oven to gratinate.
Once ready, assemble the dish with a base of aioli cream and place the potato stuffed with chilli con carne on top.
